What do you get when you cross the elegant beauty of a purebred Arabian with the charisma and athleticism of a purebred Saddlebred?  You get Fame's Lady Shastabee.  By The Color of Fame and out of Bee, Fame's Lady Shastabee is the stunningly beautiful result of the Arabian/Saddlebred cross known as the National Show Horse, a breed that has a registry all its own.  In addition to being registered as a National Show Horse, Fame's Lady Shastabee is also registered as a Half-Arabian, and, because of her unique color markings, she is registered as a Pinto, as well.

While Fame's Lady Shastabee, or, "Lady", has enjoyed success competing as a Half-Arabian at The American Royal and the Region 9 Arabian/Half-Arabian Championships, her greatest accomplishments have been achieved competing against other Pintos.  Lady is the 2000 Pinto World Champion of Champions Pleasure Type.  Additionally, in 2001, she was named High Point Amateur Halter Pleasure Mare by the Pinto Association of America, and was runner-up to Horse of the Year honors that same year.

With a pedigree that includes Bee as her dam and The Color of Fame as her sire, Lady simply couldn't miss.  Beauty and athleticism, elegance and charisma--Fames' Lady Shastabee has it all.

Though Lady is no longer a part of our herd at Angel Creek Stables, she will always be a part of our hearts.  Lady is now owned and lovingly cared for by Connie Lee Duff at the Starquest Pinto Saddlebreds farm in Minnesota.
