Imported in 1981, *Norton was the first Naslednik son to be standing for service in the United States. 

Naslednik, representing the El Deree sire line from Tersk, is the son of Nil, and grandson of Sid Abouhorn.  Naslednik was named champion of the All USSR Show (akin to our United States Nationals) in 1978 at the age of 17.  Naslednik's dam is Nitochka, a full sister to the Naseem son, Negativ.

*Norton's dam is Naturshitsa, by Arax  and out of Neposeda, *Napitok's dam.  Naturshitsa is a full sister to Nasmeshmik, Mamek, and Memezida (dam of Numizmat and Antley).  She is also the dam of the magnificent Kale import *Najada and the *Salon son Nament (who was the 1981 Dutch National Champion).
